What is this class about?
This course offers students instruction in the exciting and expanding field of Marketing. Students learn the foundations and functions needed to successfully market goods, services, and ideas to consumers. There is an emphasis on marketing research, product development, pricing strategies, promotion and distribution. Students enrolled in marketing are encouraged to join DECA, a marketing club. DECA allows students to gain leadership and competitive skills through local, state, regional, and national conferences.
